Product Overview

The Above-Ground Interior Safe Room is a compact, steel-constructed shelter designed for installation inside the home on an existing concrete slab. This model provides accessible storm protection without the need for excavation, making it well suited for homes where below-ground installation is not practical.

Constructed with reinforced steel framing and integrated structural bracing, this safe room is designed to provide dependable protection during severe weather events. A wide inward-swing steel door allows interior access and is designed to remain operable even if debris accumulates outside the shelter.

The shelter installs directly onto a cured concrete slab using a manufacturer-approved two-part epoxy anchoring system. A factory-installed base plate with pre-drilled anchor locations supports accurate placement and long-term stability. The interior is finished with a bright white enamel coating to enhance visibility and simplify maintenance.
