Constructed with heavy-duty steel framing and integrated structural bracing, this safe room is designed to provide dependable protection during severe weather events. A wide inward-swing steel door supports interior accessibility and is designed to remain operable even if debris accumulates outside the shelter.

The shelter installs directly onto a cured concrete slab using a manufacturer-approved two-part epoxy anchoring system. A factory-installed base plate with pre-drilled anchor locations supports accurate placement and long-term stability. The interior is finished with a bright white enamel coating to enhance visibility and simplify routine cleaning.
