The Below-Ground Exterior Storm Shelter is a steel-constructed solution designed for properties without interior shelter space or for sites where exterior access is preferred. Installed flush with ground level, this model provides dependable storm protection while maintaining a low-profile appearance above grade.

Designed with accessibility and usability in mind, the shelter includes integrated entry steps, a fixed handrail, and interior perimeter seating to support occupant comfort during severe weather events. A shock-assisted steel hatch door supports controlled opening and closing while providing secure access when needed.

All welds are professionally dye tested, and the exterior is protected with an epoxy and tar blend coating to help resist moisture and corrosion. The interior is finished with a bright white enamel coating to enhance visibility and simplify routine maintenance.
